ABUNDANCE

With Every Fibre is a vinyasa-style yoga practice that invites you to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself — body, mind, and soul.

Classes are guided through breath-led movement designed to support the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and create a sense of grounded ease. The practice is enhanced with carefully selected essential oils, used to support breath awareness and sensory connection, encouraging presence from the moment you step onto the mat.

  • Through flowing sequences, core activation, play and exploration, the practice supports both strength and softness, allowing energy to move freely through the body.

Enhanced with a curated music playlist, classes are welcoming, inclusive, and adaptable for all abilities and bodies. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, you are invited to move at your own pace and reconnect — with every fibre of who you are.

  • Each session supports the release of physical tension and accumulated stress, and concludes with a meditative shavasana to integrate the practice, restore balance, and leave you feeling relaxed, clear, and renewed.

  • Enhanced with a curated music playlist, classes are welcoming, inclusive, and adaptable for all abilities and bodies. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, you are invited to move at your own pace and reconnect — with every fibre of who you are.

Every day presents a new chapter from which to grow perspective.

With every fibre of my being and every fibre of your being supporting you.

When the senses are mastered,
the mind can act quickly,
one’s existence needs no external support,
and one gains mastery over matter.
