With Every Fibre is my way of moving through the world. With every part of my mind, body and soul. Raising awareness within.
Why yoga?
Yoga for me, is an inquiry. It’s my therapy that has and continues to aid me in all areas of my life. It has helped me with the intertwining of my mental and physical health and wellbeing. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years.
This great benefit led me to delve a little deeper into the practice. I studied The Ralston Method, with Nikki Ralston and graduated from the 250hr Yoga Teacher Training course in 2022.

What do I teach?
I teach a vinyasa-style yoga class, enhanced with music, that delves inwards for inquiry and observation. My classes build steadily from small beginnings with intention, focus, and purpose.
With every fibre of the body and mind involved in the process of creating and radiating through every cell in the body.
I encourage connection and engagement to the core, the centre and presence of being.
I teach a range of flows, some slower-paced, some faster to suit the vibe of the class.
Who inspires me?
I take inspiration and an invitation to explore limitless possibilities from many different people, to mention a few, my amazing yoga teacher and trainer Nikki Ralston, my DJ teacher Scizzorhands, the purposeful wordsmith and life coach Jay Shetti.
My amazing family in London for all their encouragement.
I enjoy a continuous study of health and wellbeing books including the writings of B.K.S Iyengar, the Yoga Sutras, Chakra balancing, crystal, and sound or vibrational healing.
Dance, movement, and music background
I love freestyle dancing and have dance training in ballet and Greek dancing in London, and later in Auckland learned Bollywood, and hop-hop styles with the Auckland Dance Company. I have a deep connection to music, sound, rhythm, vocals, and the power they have to transform and enhance mood, bring focus, elevate joy, allow reflection, or encourage and hold space for relaxation.
This strong interest has led me to DJing and into creating playlists that motivate different moods and movement.
