    Rise + Shine 30 Mins

    Rise + Shine is a dance and vinyasa-style yoga flow that will invigorate your morning.
    30 mins to wake up and awaken your body mind, soul, and motivate your morning.

    Coffee + Tea provided.

    Create a single point of focus through the lens of the eagle. Connect breath with a simple yet effective vinyasa-style yoga sequence designed to draw you away from the monkey mind and tune in and feel mental clarity. Release lower-level thoughts, and make space for new ideas to flow and fly.

  • Balance in self ⚖️

    Balance in self yoga class is a slow-flow sequence set to music that allows you to tune into your inner self. To create stability, balance in the body, and clarity in the mind. Balance of the 7 chakras, through asana poses. Giving you time and space to begin a practice of awareness and observation of self.

  • Rise + Fire Practice 🔥

    Ignite your fire within. Rise + Fire Practice is a vinyasa-style class that focuses on activating the Solar Plexus or Manipura Chakra - building core muscle engagement for a strong foundation. We’ll create warmth in the body, and reset and raise energy in the body, mind, and soul. Allowing you to power through the day and everything that life throws our way.

  • Rise + Restore 🙌🏽

    Improve flexibility, and mobility with through restorative yoga vinyasa-flow. We’ll move through asana poses created to allow fluidity in the hips, and sacral area. Set to curated music and sound journey.
